A well priced three-piece continental rod that packs a punch at a price everybody can afford. Ideally suited to fishing clean beaches when targeting species such as flounder, whiting, plaice and dogfish. It features a hybrid tip which provides plenty of sensitivity to recognise bites from even the shyest biting fish. With a semi-soft butt section and progressive tip with quick recovery, it is a smooth casting rod regardless of casting ability. Ideally suited to off the ground casting, its optimal casting weight is 170g. The blank is made from lightweight carbon with an ergonomic butt grip for comfortable casting and anti-tangle K guides throughout with a DPS reel seat. Each section spigot has metal banding for increased strength and reliability. A reflective white tip helps identify bites at night.
